These terms cover your use of the Summons 3D Printing website at summons-3d.co.uk ("this site"). By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is

Summons 3D Printing ("we", "us") is a one-person hobby 3D printing workshop. This site is a showcase and portfolio of finished prints. It is not a shop.

2. Nothing is sold here

This site has no checkout, no accounts, no basket, no contact form and no payment processing. We do not take orders through it and we cannot form a contract of sale through it.

All buying, selling, messaging, payment and delivery happens on our Vinted profile. Any purchase is a transaction on Vinted's platform, governed by Vinted's own terms and buyer protection, not by these terms. If something goes wrong with an order, Vinted's processes apply.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods you buy from us.

3. Using this site

You may view, browse and link to this site freely. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's normal operation, for example by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it;
• present the site or its content in a way that suggests any association with, or endorsement by, us where none exists.

4. Photographs, designs and branding

Unless stated otherwise, the photographs, text, layout, logo and other content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. The Summons 3D Printing name and crest are our branding.

You may not copy, reproduce or republish the content of this site for commercial purposes without our permission. Ordinary personal use, such as sharing a link or viewing a page, is fine.

Buying a printed item does not transfer any rights in the underlying design, photographs or branding. It gives you the physical object only.

If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, please contact us through Vinted and we will look into it promptly.

5. Links to other sites

This site links out to Vinted and, in the privacy policy, to a small number of other organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

6. Accuracy and availability

We keep the site accurate and current as far as a hobby project reasonably allows, but we give no guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Photographs are of real prints, and colours, finish and dimensions vary between individual pieces and between screens. Specifications listed alongside a print are indicative.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

7. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It also includes your statutory rights as a consumer, which are unaffected by these terms.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content shown on it.

Liability relating to goods you buy is dealt with under the sale itself, on Vinted, and under the consumer law that applies to it. These terms do not affect that.

8. Safety note on printed items

Printed items are decorative or practical hobby pieces. They are not toys, safety equipment, medical devices or load-bearing parts unless expressly described as suitable for a particular use, and they should not be used as such. Keep small parts away from young children.

9. Privacy

This site collects no personal data, sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our Privacy & Cookies Policy explains this in full and forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Please check it occasionally.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

12. Contact

The quickest way to reach us is a message through our Vinted profile. We do not publish a postal or email address for this hobby project.
